WellBorn Management started as a real estate development company in the retail and shopping industry in the early 80’s. The company decided to expand its operations into the hotel and restaurant industry in the early 90’s and purchased and constructed its first two hotels in 1992. WellBorn Management has acquired various properties including hotels, restaurants, and retail since its formation. To date the company still owns, and operates all original developments, and has expanded its operations to bordering states and various regions of Georgia.
